FreedomLaw understands that each client is unique and requires a funding solution to meet their needs.  FreedomLaw provides clarity to matter funding by providing clients with detailed, transparent accounts ensuring true value to the client. FreedomLaw provides funding options for all clients through private and legal aid funding options. 

Private Clients

Private clients are offered two funding options:

• Fixed Fee: a lump sum is payable by the client for a defined component of the matter.
• Professional Time: the client is charged for the time spent on their matter.

Both options are available in majority of cases however the complexity of the matter will dictate your Lawyer’s ability to offer you a fair and reasonable fixed fee estimate.

Private clients receive a Client Agreement and the FreedomLaw Terms and Conditions. These documents have been developed to outline the expectation of the relationship and to ensure that our client’s understand their rights.

Legal Aid

FreedomLaw is a Legal Aid Preferred Supplier. Clients are encouraged to make a Complimentary Case Assessment appointment with FreedomLaw to discuss if they might be elligible for Legal Aid funding.
